These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the No Sugar Challenge: Sugar Free mobile application (the "App") provided by AppsLab LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

2. Health disclaimer

The App provides general wellness information and tools to help reduce added-sugar intake. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition such as diabetes. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The App is free to download and offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.

4. Intellectual property

The App, including its content, design, logos and software, is owned by AppsLab LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the App.

5. User content and community rules

The App includes a public community chat, shared photos and a leaderboard. Any content you submit remains yours, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store and display it inside the App. You are responsible for what you post.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or spam, that promotes self-harm or drugs, that makes medical claims, that impersonates another person, or that shares someone else's private information.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to post in the community.

6. Moderation, reporting and blocking

Every member can flag a message with Report and choose a reason. Every member can also block another member: the blocked member's messages, photos and activity stop being shown to them straight away, and the blocked member can no longer follow, like or reply to them. Blocked members can be managed in Settings, under Blocked members.

Reports and blocks reach our moderation team. We review them and remove content that breaks these rules, usually within 24 hours, and we may suspend or permanently ban members who break them, with no refund of any unused subscription time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsLab LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
