Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AppsLab LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you use the No Sugar Challenge: Sugar Free mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you set up your plan you may provide details such as your goals, challenge preferences, mood check-ins and progress entries. You may also contact us by email.
Usage and device data
We may collect usage data and identifiers for analytics and to improve and market the App. This can include app interactions, device type, operating system version and approximate, non-precise diagnostics.
Tracking
With your permission, the App may use identifiers to measure advertising and understand how users discover the App. On iOS you control this through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and can change it any time in your device settings.
2. Community content
The App has a public community: chat, shared photos and a leaderboard. What you post there, including your display name, avatar, badge, sugar-free day count, messages and photos, is visible to other members of the App. Do not post anything you would not want other members to see.
If you block another member, we store the pair of device identifiers so the block keeps working across your devices and after a reinstall, and so the blocked member cannot follow, like or reply to you. If you report a message, we store the message, the reason and your device identifier for moderation.
Deleting your account removes your profile, photos and messages from the community; copies kept for moderation or legal reasons are deleted within 90 days.
3. How we use information
- To provide and personalize your quit-sugar plan, coaching and progress tracking.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the App.
- To analyze usage and measure marketing performance.
- To respond to your support requests.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the App (for example, analytics and infrastructure providers), and when required by law or to protect our rights. These providers are bound to use the information only to perform services for us.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple's handling of payment information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Contact).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
